This is not common. Normally, Black would responded with H2+3 or P7+1.

Black C2=5 for a Deferred Different Direction Cannon.

Black choose R1+1, in preparation to move his chariot to left's flank.

As planned by Black.

After mass exchanged of pieces, this can be easily a draw game.
